North Korea Threatens Nuclear Attack on the US

North Korea has said that it may launch a pre-emptive nuclear strike against the United States. The threat was made on Thursday. It came hours before a vote at the United Nations to decide whether new sanctions will be leveled against the Communist nation for a recent nuclear test it conducted.This is insane. World leaders should stop talking about War; even about 'war' on terror, 'war' on drugs, and whatever 'war' there may be. Indeed war is not a solution. Peace is achieved through negotiations, not through sanctions. Governments should try to lift the standard of living of poor people, and make their life easy. They should fight hunger, poverty, unemployment, and illiteracy.
