The education system is the end product of psychiatry/laboratory tested reward system... no different then how they train animals in labs... put the square block in the square hole, get a grape... get more grapes than the others... receive extra privileges... act out in a negative way (against their protocol) get separated/isolated (punished). Individuality and/or critical thinking is harshly discouraged and suppressed, group think is enforced, etc etc... "Indoctrination of the animal/slave!"
